Although we
have some complimentary support services, some of our more useful
services require a support contract. Our technical staff is very
knowledgeable and has a great track record solving problems from
hardware and operating systems to dictionaries and networking.
If you are experiencing
a problem with your system, and have exhausted all options but our
technical support department, you may purchase a one-month contract
for $295.
This contract
covers the amount of time it may take to handle your issue (new
hardware and networking issues can take a while), access to our
message boards, and unlimited phone support for one month. It is
not issue-specific; which means that if you also have other things
you want to discuss with technical support, you are welcome to during
this period, as well.
