Your support contract is the main part of your subscription, so
every year when you renew, you can relax knowing that you've
always got the support, updates, and whatever else you need.
Purchasers:
Your license purchase comes with a 1 year support contract.
This includes phone based help and access to our message boards
in addition to our complimentary knowledge base and webinar services.
Should
you require additional assistance after that first year, you may
purchase a contract. We also invite you to visit our technical support
knowledge base, which contains a great deal of helpful documentation
at no cost.
